App not up to todays standard!

Quite a bit of incomplete details, such as your order. I have ordered 3 in stock items, received a text for pick up, only 2 were ready. Absolutely zero information in reference to the 3rd item. Back to old fashion calling by phone...

Sears app

Does not display every item for what is searched for. If I sort the search to low to high then it would eliminate even more items.

Sometimes Good Sometimes not...

I love Sears. I grew up with Sears. The app is good however the follow-through customer service and delivery can sometimes be a big issue especially on delivery or pick up. I do appreciate customer service. They do really care about whats going on. I just feel if there is a disconnect between some of the Sears vendors and the end process to the customer.

Sears just needs to hire real app developers. This app has so many glitches and errors its hard to know how many points I have.

In-Vehicle pick up useless

Seems to function fine for other purposes, but I only downloaded it so I could pick up our new freezer as conveniently as advertised. When parked in the reserved spot in front of the store, it told us we were not at Sears and other times it told us we had nothing to pick up. Disappointing.

Are you serious

I have no problem with Sears related things. But this app, I hate it. It takes too long to load. It doesnt properly refine. I kept this app for not even 20 minutes and I cant stand it.

Customer

This app was such a mess. It took over two hours to finally get the order confirmed and paid.

Billing component not functioning correctly

This needs a lot of work, wont allow you to payoff balance in advance

This app takes far to long to process transactions. And far to long to load!

App is easy to use

The app is easy to use for in store pick up, delivery, and layaway. The only issue is if you dont have a product in stock, take it off the website!!! I ordered a dress twice for my daughters college graduation. Both came in the wrong size and when I called customer service, they told me the size was out of stock and they werent in control of what was advertised online incorrectly. Next I wanted a patio set, fell in love with the picture! Again, out of stock for delivery or store pickup....take it off the site then

Sears app

Effortless customer experience. Easy to use. Easy to search for items. Easy to buy your items. A lot faster, at least for me, than the full Sears.com site which tends to hang with too many advertisements. Keep it simple, thats the way to go.

I guess I like SEARS now.

Its a good app and it works very well. Applying coupons is shockingly simple and Im sort of surprised it works. I have not tried the in-vehicle pickup yet but Im excited to try it.
