Sears – Shop smarter & save App Reviews

I had put things in the sears cart last night an today all of my hard shopping is gone... what a waste of time Ill never get back. Ugh!

I would love to give yall a good review, but my app crashes every time I try and use it. Even after restarting and hard resetting my phone. Its on the latest OS. Very disappointed.

Fast and perfect for shopping

Got app so I could do easy car pick up but location service doesnt work so I had to go inside anyway. (Yes, I made sure all access permissions were enabled.)

Simple and easy to use. Pretty quick too.

If youve ever visited the Sears website on a mobile device, youll get an almost identical experience to this. Thats not to say it isnt a good experience. I really enjoy the Sears app and I can often find things cheaper or the same price as Amazon and I can pick them up from the store which I prefer over dealing with the postal service.

Thiss second time they cancel my order.I ordered Spectrum Plus 128Oz Car Wash online and pickup at store,but they Cancel my order no reason.Dont waste your time.

Applying coupons is easy Navigating site in app easy In vehicle pick up. Very easy. I actually love sears now. Very convenient.

It is very easy to shop at Sears in-store & online including thru the mobile app. I have had nothing but great experiences with my products & services from Sears & Sears Home Services.

This is hands down the worst shopping experience my wife or I have ever had, period. Glitchy, crashes all the time. If you spend an hour searching through their categories for the item you want and hit the back arrow one time it automatically brings you all the way back to the home screen and you have to start all over again. It seriously seems as if sears does not want you to buy anything from them. No wonder so many of their stores are closing down if this app is any indication of how they do business. Just awful!

I was impressed how fast the item I ordered arrived at the store. The text was right on time.

This is the worst shopping app I have ever used. I do basically all my shopping online and as far as products sears is one of my favorite places to shop. Functionality of this app is terrible; reloads for no reason while browsing, when I try to filter it always says no search results even if Im only changing the sorting of the items, loading cart or coupons often just brings up a blank screen. One of the great things about sears is the coupons and SYW rewards, unfortunately it NEVER lets me use my coupons on my orders (even tho I can use the same coupons in store on the same items) and has never aloud me to use my surprise points EVER. I have two credit cards with sears and have been a loyal customer for many years and its annoying that if I want a good deal I have to search in-store and a lot of the items I want is not carried in-store or at least not any of the sears near me. Another annoying thing is it does not have a size chart listed with the items.

App could have a bit better refining features. Otherwise easy to find and order products. Separate from app, Sears is a great store.

States it recognizes my email and to confirm password. I enter password and app states "Error - User already exists"!! Umm, I hope so, it is me!! Since I already have an account I cant use the app? Well, back to Amazon.

This is the worst app I have ever had to use !!! I called the 800 # and they couldnt even give me any tips . Needless to say I still cant open an online account , and even proved I wasnt a robot by having to pick out storefronts and addresses !!! Absolutely the worst .
