Dont bother with this app It does nothing

App does not work well. Have to open and close to get the pick up in vehicle feature to work. Cannot get the contact us or customer service part to work.

I cant even open to my card account to make a payment or check my balance! INFURIATING.

Bad App continues to say error has occurred while trying to place an order

Easy to use but it would be easier to whittle your purchase out of a piece of wheat. Cart is horrible, looses products, clears itself out, changes prices...... Just go elsewhere........

Terrible. Trying to search for anything and it just spins. Any type of search or refine request ends with a frozen app. Worthless. No wonder Sears is practically out of business.

Signed up through the app but continuously loads blank pages. Tried the car pick up option and it says I must be in the store to use it. So I go inside and it still doesnt work. Cant get anything to load, my purchases from the website dont reflect on the app, and the entire pick up in store process is broken.

I used this app to pay my credit card online...totally useless now. I can get all the way to "manage your card"...then you cant open it!! It USED to work great about 4-6 months ago..FIX IT PLEASE!! How many bad reviews do you need to tell you it doesnt work???

Constantly loads blank pages or just doesnt work at all. Cant log in to pay bill...when you try to click on it...it does nothing! Click on "customer service" for help...it loads a blank screen. Click on "contact us" for help...it loads a blank screen! Had to put at least one star just to send this review, otherwise I wouldnt have put any!

Since the last update i havent been able to sign in to pay my bill! Need fixed asap!

Terrible! The app is very slow and doesnt open the links. After you set up filters it crashes - over and over. It wouldnt open the link for feedback or contact. I would use the web version, but it will not open anymore. I dont have these problems with apps or web versions for other retailers. So Sears online in general is absolutely useless.

I have an order and the app says it cannot find it under my name. It says the item was delivered to the store and went twice trying to pick up and it was shipped to wrong store over 50 miles away and told it would take 10 days to get it to the correct store and then another alert is was delivered again when the ordered was cancelled the day before. Cant believe anything on the APP or customer service of KMart or Sears. Lost a life long customer. Too many items need to be ordered online and cannot afford the boundless mistakes.

Stressful, click on for instance customer service, and it goes to a blank screen! Then an ad save 40% extra on clearance, shop now, click on it, nothing. I could go on but its useless.

If I could give it a negative rating I would! I can not pay my bill or even get help or contact information from this stupid app. It is pretty much useless! Thanks for absolutely nothing but a headache as usual!

This App is useless . I deleted the app reloaded a new one same issues cant even pay my bill. Had to give it a rating really wouldnt be one star

I seriously doubt they followed the "eat your own dog food" principle. How in the world did this stinking pile of poo get past QA? Sorry for being so harsh but the competence of the person who green lighted this should be questioned.

I had a layaway and downloaded the app to make payments. First the layaway option wouldnt load. The customer service option or contact options never load. Its a hassle and I will delete.

This app is very slow. If you try just the simplest thing, like going on your account it wont work.

Really bad app. Dont get it. Cant do anything on it
