Sears – Shop smarter & save App Reviews

I placed an order and am currently sitting in the Sears in vehicle pick up parking spot. It will locate me for store ads and for store locations but not for store pick up. So Ill have to go inside which is not a big deal. Also the shop my way rewards app shows a different surprise points number than the Sears.com app. They need to get their apps sorted out.

Ive ordered with the app a few times and everything works good. Seems pretty easy to use.

The loading it slow and somehow my card was emptied and I had to start all over again. I will not be using this app again.

Was a big fan of this app, i dont know what happened, it dont let me do layways anymore,they need to fix these bugs, i used to always shop online and do layways, now i have to go to the stores now cuss the app isnt working like it used to

It kept going in circles. It would not let me in to my cart!! I was just about to go look and order someplace else.......I did not want to go anywhere else because you had exactly what I had been looking for.........when Thankfully, it got going. I didnt have any more trouble. Well see next time how it does!!

Great update! Youve taken the app from annoying to unusable! Now, not only does the app not keep me logged in (forcing me to use the infuriating "Im not a robot" captcha every. Single. Day.), the newest update wont load my shopping cart! It tries to load, then goes back to the app home screen. I guess I should be glad it doesnt just crash the app, huh? If youre trying to annoy your customers away and drive Sears out of business, youre doing a bang up job!

Used the app for first time tonight. Quick and easy to use for a Craftsman hoodie I wanted.

Its good if you know exactly what you want, and have a lot of patience, but its very clunky for ordering or browsing online.

The app crashes every couple of minutes while youre using it and it doesnt have what you were doing cached and reloaded. Dont waste your time. Sears — PLEASE FIX YOUR APP

Searching for my favorite Sears tools & accessories. Specifically their 19.2 volt battery & tools .. Search for "19.2 volt LED" and I get back a Magnavox television set. I search by "Sears 17601" (sku # of the product I want), and I get back 4 results showing car floor mats, a canvas art, a womans flare skirt, and a pink cloth diaper. If I go to Sears.com (their website), the results are predominantly their "Sears Marketplace" results which gives completely irrelevant results. Select the "Sears-Only" tab at the top and I get that Magnavox TV and a screw-in floodlight. Finally for comparison, if I go to SearsOutlet.com, I actually get back the very 19.2 volt Sears tools & accessories as I saw in my Sears store before the selection started drying up. "Sears App" on the iPhone, and "Sears.com" on the web just produces completely garbage results. My grandfather was a dedicated Sears shopper, as was I for my home appliances, tools, & home goods. I cant make any sense of whats happened to their website & app, it just doesnt reflect their store in any way. I have no idea what Im looking at when I see these garbage search results.

I dont want to play 20 questions. My time is precious, let me install and browse quickly. No login, no notifications, no questions asked.

I searched for garage storage cabinets and found exactly what I wanted. I didnt buy quick enough because what I wanted (which was on sale for 61% off) went to "out of stock" while I was looking at other items. I did however score something similar with a different finish, less pieces but larger cabinets for about the same price and at 50% off. Next time I see an insane deal (61% off) for what Im looking for it goes in the cart immediately.

Sears app is everything they have proven to my family with there products and services. The app is efficient and easy to navigate with no issues on downloading, flipping through the different departments and the 2 different stores Stores: Sears and Kmart and I know their is no security issues I have done all my shopping online through Sears.com for all holidays and know spoiling my 1st grandchild but since I know have a iPhone I use the app to shop I can multitask be doing something else and shop all department through their app I know I did my Christmas this year through their app while at work w/o the quality or speed of my work suffering because the app is set up just as if you were using a craftsman or kenmore products: efficient,self explaining, durable, easy to navigate so you can multitask and trustworthy and what just described is Sears and always has been with their products and services. It is my go to App for shopping.

I had already selected my purchase online at Sears.com before jumping through all of their hoops to place an order through the app and the price was exactly the same. That is shabby, Sears. I deleted your app and will not use it in the future.

I click on certain categories and its telling me nothing is found this is not good fix it!

Say what you want about Sears. But the Shop your Way rewards program is excellent. And nobody has a better "in store pickup". Sears in store pickup is flawless compared to Nordstrom and even Neiman Marcus! The App works just fine!

Worst store.. Whatever items u choose..None of the items available in your location or no shipment available..

So much potential so little utilization. Most features do not work or have functionality issues. Definitely released and deployed before it was ready. Very unprofessional

Options dont open up when I select them. Deleting the app now.
