Its very slow, sometimes if u cluck on buttons it freezes, no option fot touch id

Dont waste your time. App doesnt work most of the time and when you get it to work it is beyond slow. This app is a great representation of the company its self.

Horrible! Help & Contact Us doesnt work!

The Load Coupons does not work at checkout. The whole app needs to be tested. Horrible! I see why Sears is in trouble. Poor quality.

Stopped working

I have used this app for years but for last 3 weeks has stopped working. Cant get into my account nor get to customer care to complain.

App doesnt work

Bought something at Sears on-line and they suggested I download the Sears app for $5 off my next purchase. Loaded app and when it makes the $5 offer you can click "accept" or "decline". The "accept" button wont work so app is stuck on that page LOL Useless!

Doesnt work

Ive been using this app to pay my credit card bill. Last month, sometime the "pay bill" button quit working. The other shopping aspects seem to work fine so if I want to spend more money I can. This is frustrating!

Terrible!

The app does not work. It load ridiculously slow or doesnt load at all. Dont waste your time or the space on your phone/tablet.

Cannot pay bill

App has been garbage for about 3 weeks now. Cannot click on pay bill button. Guess Sears has plenty of money and they dont want mine... Oh wait

App doesnt work

I have used before to pay my bill and now all of a sudden it wont take you anywhere when you hit the "pay your bill button". Very frustrating!

Gets stuck on member screen

It says it recognises my name as having an account. I enter my password and it says, "User already exists." No, Im not on the register new account screen, Im on the login screen. So intent to cancel and the cancel link doesnt work so the app wont do anything. This app is horribly written.

Doesnt work

Got the app primarily to pay my bill. Worked last month but now it doesnt. Also, cant send feedback via the app...even though there is an option to do so.

Sears App

This is the worst app! When you go to the "customer service" or "help" section, you also get a blank screen. I receive emails from Sears claiming to save me money today and that I have a reward discount for purchasing today. Yet the Sears app does not apply any of it and you end up paying regular price. I tried to purchase a kitchen appliance using this app for savings, but none of the would-be discounts get applied. Youre better off shopping at Walmart or Costco for an in store pick up, or shopping at Amazon for delivery.

Way Too Glitchy!!!!!

Ugh! Works MAYBE half the time, otherwise gives the message "were adding additional features" when a tab is clicked. Also, when searching items, the "refine" and "sort by" features do not work correctly. Can be a great app once kinks are worked out!

Cant pay my bill!

The app takes to long to load up and when I try to go pay my bill, the buttons wont work and take me to the login page for bill pay.

Unusable

I cant even log in as it keeps giving me an error saying it recognizes me. Then I cant enter my password.

What a joke for an app.

This is an awful app. Hope Sears figures this out. Error after error.

Dont spam your users

Installed and then had to put up with a variety of screens spamming me with info and offers. Get rid of that crap. Also search showed me so many things I didnt want to see that the app had little value to me. And when I tried to scroll down a list it apparently loaded on demand, like it didnt anticipate Id scroll down the list. Slow! Wrong priorities. Deleted it 10 minutes after install and went back to using google. Advice: if a features for your benefit not mine, get rid of it; make it more relevant than google or Im getting rid of it. Apps are apps, not web sites or traditional media. Throw the marketers off the design team.

Recent improvements to app have been great.

Like the recent updates- Sears seems to be making improvements.

Not ready for prime time

Glitchy, slow, dead links, and generally unworkable. Is this really the best Sears could do for its app? Note to Sears: hire qualified app developers, beta test then release to the public. Get to work! Youre losing sales!

Unusable

I keep getting stuck on the welcome screen trying to sign in. It says that the user already exists.
